GREATNESS FROM SMALL BEGINNINGS
Using a winning formula of good old-fashioned graft, passion and game-changing rewards and incentives, WIN | WIN was bootstrapped from a one-man start-up to the multimillion-euro company it is today by founder and CEO, James Lenehan.
Our value proposition can be found in our name – we offer customer acquisition and loyalty solutions that guarantee wins for our clients and their customers.
We know that every great business needs to be one step ahead of the market. This dynamic is at the heart of our business model, which we’ve been evolving since the nineties!
Here’s the timeline of our product evolution – from a discount club with a gold-foil chequebook to our best-in-class promotional platform.
1998
The WIN | WIN Chequebook – Consumer Discount Club targeting the female market, promoted in IMAGE magazine with lively launch party
1999
WIN | WIN first B2B Client – Our first corporate customer Bank of Ireland makes our year by inviting us to run their Student Discount Programme. This started us on the road to the leading Irish provider of B2B customer loyalty and incentive programmes.
2002
Holiday & Flight Promotions – secured our own Travel Agency licence and started selling tactical sales promotion solutions li Free Flight and Holiday Vouchers to critical acclaim.
2006
WIN | WIN Hotel Breaks – contracted over 150 hotels to launch our first hotel partnership programme for DID Electrical and Heatons Stores. We now have almost 400 hotel partners.
2009
Developed the legendary O2 Treats programme in partnership with O2 Ireland.
2010
Secured the distribution licence for the International Student Identity Card (ISIC).
2013
Launched Reep Rewards – the receipt-scan data capture and processing business.
2014
Raised VC funding from Frontline Ventures and EC1 in London to spin out Reep Rewards as a standalone entity.
2015
Acquired Opinions.ie Market Research, and their 10,000 consumer research panel.
2016
Launched Phase 1 of the Pulse Promotional Tech Platform, transforming the way WIN |WIN delivers promotions and engagement programmes.
2016
Won the contract to manage and grow the enormously successful Supervalu Getaway Breaks leisure programme.
2017
Launched our Customer Support Centre and developed our new WIN | WIN Cash back solution in partnership with PayPal.
2018
Celebrating 20 years in business. Completed acquisition of the Loyalty build business.
2019
A scoop of three awards at the Irish Loyalty Awards with projects for SSE Airtricity, Musgraves SuperValu, and Liberty Insurance.
2020
We launched Liberty Insurance Relief Fund project.
2021
Launch of Gifty, Digital Reward Solution. Picked up Finance Director of the Year and Finance Team of the Year at the Irish Accountancy Awards.
2022
Gifty picks up B2B Loyalty program of the year, with our clients SSE Airtricity, Dulux Trade Points and Lidl Ireland picking rewards on the night. Launch of EarlyTable discount restaurant booking platform
2023
Launch of the completely rebranded Gifty Solution as WowThanks with business management reward dashboard including greater data insights, gift sending solution.
